We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our rooms.
For Children’s parties we offer the whole centre at the flat rate of £60 for a maximum three hour booking or £70 when a bouncy castle is to be hired.

New booking forms, changes to existing bookings for both individual and regular hirers will, in the future only be done on Mondays. The booking secretary is only available on Mondays.

Terms and Conditions Overview
The time for which the facility is hired will include any time required for setting up and clearing away.
5 minutes is allowed before your booking time for entry and 15 minutes after booking time for exit.
The Hire agrees to leave the hall in a clean and tidy state and will remove any left-over food or food waste, unwanted items or rubbish that may arise from this event and ensure that the hall, all windows and recreation site main gate are locked on leaving.
If cooking in the kitchen, then the kitchen must not be left unattended.
Use of personal electrical equipment. The hirer shall bring for use to the centre only electrical equipment which is in a safe condition and where appropriate has current P.A.T certification. The Centre will accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injuries or damage caused by using personal equipment in the centre.
Hirers are expected to make their own insurance arrangements to cover their own particular liabilities and circumstances. If you are uncertain about this please email info@communitycentreyorkley.co.uk
The Hirer undertakes the responsibility for ascertaining whether DBS certificates are required for adults supervising children during the hire and ensures that they are in place if required. Hirers organising children’s parties should adhere to the guidance on adult to child ratio. This is: 5 years and under = 1 adult: 5 children. 5 years and over = 1 adult: 10 children
